I just found your blog. I love Mexican food too, I try to make healthy dishes that are Tex Mex inspired.
I am also newly engaged and planning my wedding in May 2011. Stay present in everything you do and especially with wedding planning. It will go by so fast so enjoy every moment and try to stay in the moment.
