I had Ags over for dinner tonight and I tried a new recipe, Feta & Sun-Dried Tomato Stuffed Chicken. Um, can I tell you how freakin’ amazing it was? I served it with a side of sauteed spinach tossed with a little bit of EVOO and garlic and rice.
We paired it with a lovely vouvray that Ags brought over. I just love when a I find a dish that is not only simple to make, but looks impressive when you serve it. And yes, Ags and Andy really liked it! They enjoyed both the taste and presentation!
It is meals like tonight’s, that make me really appreciate my momma teaching me how to cook. Thanks ma! 🙂
